The subject of the contract is the phased commissioning of services for object planning of outdoor facilities according to §§38 ff HOAI - Phases 1 - 9; The municipality of Gmund am Tegernsee intends to create spatial capacities to meet the entitlement to all-day care effective from 2026 through the structural expansion of the building complex at the primary school. The primary school grounds are part of the existing village center of Gmund on the edge of the slope towards the Mangfall river, nestled between the Catholic and Protestant churches, the associated cemetery, parish center, and the neighboring listed town hall, which was built in 1666 as a parsonage.
