TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of phased services to be commissioned for object planning of open spaces pursuant to §§38 ff HOAI - Phases 1 - 9; The municipality of Gmund am Tegernsee intends to create spatial capacities to fulfil the entitlement to all-day care applicable from 2026 through the structural extension of the building complex at the primary school. The primary school grounds are part of the existing village center of Gmund located on the slope edge to the Mangfall River, embedded between the Catholic and Protestant churches, the associated cemetery, parish center, and the neighboring listed town hall, which was built in 1666 as a rectory. Address: Kirchenweg 7, 83703 Gmund am Tegernsee The building complex of the Gmund Primary School consists of a new and old wing connected in an L-shape with an adjoining gymnasium and the open spaces surrounding the buildings.
