TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this EU-wide open procedure is comprehensive green space maintenance services in the urban area of Naumburg (Saale) for the period 2027-2028. The estimated total contract value exceeds the applicable EU threshold for services in accordance with § 106 of the GWB. The contract will be awarded in separate lots. The contracting authority makes use of the exemption rule in § 3(9) of the VgV (the so-called 80/20 rule for minor lots). The total value of all lots covered by this rule does not exceed 20% of the estimated total contract value. In addition, the estimated value of each individual minor lot is below the threshold of 80,000 EUR net. Within the framework of this EU-wide tender, the main lots 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 are awarded. Lot 1 “Maintenance of perennial garden” and Lot 3 “Maintenance of the Dom quarter” fall under the minor lot quota and are awarded separately at national level in accordance with the provisions of the Unterschwellenvergabeordnung (UVgO) and the contract value regulations VO Sachsen-Anhalt.
