TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject matter of this EU-wide open procedure is comprehensive landscaping maintenance services in the urban area of Naumburg (Saale) for the period 2027-2028. The estimated total contract value exceeds the relevant EU threshold for services in accordance with § 106 GWB. The contract will be awarded in specialist lots. The contracting authority makes use of the exception provision in § 3(9) VgV (the so-called 80/20 rule for de minimis lots). The total value of all lots covered by this provision does not exceed 20% of the estimated total contract value. In addition, the estimated value of each individual de minimis lot lies below the threshold of 80,000 EUR net. Within the scope of this EU-wide tender, the main lots 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 will be awarded. Lot 1 “Perennial garden maintenance” and Lot 3 “Domviertel maintenance” fall under the de minimis quota and will be awarded separately at national level in accordance with the provisions of the Sub-threshold Procurement Ordinance (UVgO) or the contract value Ordinance VO Saxony-Anhalt.
