Award reference number 2710082202 As part of the property owner’s responsibilities LMBV intends to transfer the obligations of the property owner for each area in the localities of Lobstädt, Glück-Auf-Straße and Mumsdorf, OT Falkenhain, Julius-Blüthner- Straße, to third parties. This relates in particular to the maintenance of green spaces and the street cleaning. The organisation and the deployment of workers are to be arranged by the contractor in such a way that the services are performed within the specified deadlines. Necessary machines, equipment and tools are to be provided by the contractor as required and are covered by the lumped price. Power connections and auxiliary energy are the responsibility of the contractor. Only the services actually provided in accordance with the specification of services will be remunerated.
