TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot 1 - Area 1 includes Rabenstein: 18 green spaces, Reichenbrand: 5 green spaces, Siegmar: 5 Rule for limiting the award: A maximum of 2 lots per bidder will be awarded. First, for each lot, all bids are ranked according to the criterion of the lowest price. After that, the overall most economically advantageous bid is determined (overall, the highest percentage price gap when comparing the lots; determination of the percentage value per lot from the next bid or, if there is no higher bid, from the priced schedule of services). First, the lot is awarded in which the overall most economically advantageous bid is submitted. Then the lot is awarded in which the overall next most economically advantageous bid is submitted, taking into account the award-limitation rule, and immediately, until all lots have been awarded or no more bids eligible for award are available. Special rule: If, after the allocation rule for a lot, no further bids can be taken into account, the most economically advantageous bid of a bidder will exceptionally receive a third award.
