The subject matter of the contract has not been divided into parts. Pursuant to Article 805 of the Polish Civil Code, under the contract of insurance the insurer undertakes, within the scope of its business, to provide the specified benefit in the event of an occurrence provided for in the contract, while the policyholder undertakes to pay the premium. It follows unequivocally from the above that, in the tender for insurance services, the contractor’s performance will be the payment of compensation.
