TENDER DESCRIPTION

WSW Wuppertaler Stadtwerke GmbH and all subsidiary companies (hereinafter jointly “contracting authority”) intend to set up a group insurance contract for an occupational health insurance scheme (bKV) in order to promote the health of the workforce and strengthen employer attractiveness. With the planned offer, all employees who are in an ongoing, not terminated employment relationship with WSW (approximately 2,800 persons) are to be provided with access to supplementary health-related benefits. By doing so, the contracting authority aims to support measures for maintaining health, promote individual quality of life, and make appreciation for employees visible through an additional health offer as part of the company benefits. The subject of this procurement procedure is the procurement of an employer-funded bKV as group insurance for all employees, including trainees (group of persons 1). The bKV is structured as a budget tariff (health budget); an annual health budget in the amount of EUR 600.00 per insured person is planned.
