TENDER DESCRIPTION
SBH | Schulbau Hamburg has, as a state-owned enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), the task of planning, constructing, maintaining and operating school properties in accordance with economic principles while taking account of school-related requirements, and leasing more than 400 schools to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Training (BSB). --------------- New construction and replacement buildings for the Grützmühlenweg School / Gymnasium Hummelsbüttel, construction of a new canteen/sports hall, demolition including hazardous substance remediation, as well as renovation of the outdoor facilities. --------------- Here: Brick veneer masonry wall --------------- Brick veneer façade and insulation on three construction sections of the future new buildings for primary school, canteen/sports hall and gymnasium.
