TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of services includes the professional thermal insulation of all heating pipes in the building, including the associated fittings, shaped parts, fastenings, and built-in components. The work extends to two technical centers as well as the entire piping network within the building. The insulation of the pipes is carried out mainly with mineral wool and elastomeric foam insulation materials (rubber) in accordance with the respective technical and energy requirements. For partial areas with special requirements, the execution with foam glass/shaped glass is planned. In the technical centers, all insulated pipes are additionally to be provided with a high-quality metal cladding as mechanical protection and to ensure a permanently proper execution. The execution must be carried out according to the recognized rules of technology, the applicable DIN standards, the Building Energy Act (GEG), as well as the manufacturer's specifications for the insulation materials used. In total, about 700 m of pipes of different dimensions and applications are to be insulated as part of the measure.
