TENDER DESCRIPTION
The scope of services includes the professional thermal insulation of all heating pipes in the building, including the associated fittings, shaped parts, fastenings, and built-in components. The work covers two technical centers as well as the entire piping network inside the building. The insulation of the pipes is carried out mainly with mineral wool and elastomer foam insulation materials (rubber) according to the respective technical and energy requirements. For areas with special requirements, execution with foam glass/form glass is planned. In the technical centers, all insulated pipes are to be additionally provided with high-quality sheet metal cladding as mechanical protection and to ensure a permanently proper execution. The execution must comply with the recognized rules of technology, the applicable DIN standards, the Building Energy Act (GEG), and the manufacturer's specifications of the insulation materials used. In total, approximately 700 m of pipes of various dimensions and application areas are to be insulated as part of the measure.
