Planned maintenance works and quantities: • For the gas turbine: o Borescopic inspection (BI) (14 occasions) o Provision of tool container (16 occasions) o Combustion chamber inspection (CI) (2 occasions) o Hot gas path inspection (HGPI) (2 occasions) o Overhaul (MO) (2 occasions) • For the generator: o Annual condition inspection (inspection of stator, rotor and brushless exciter) (14 occasions) o Dovetail/slotting (winding seating) inspection of the rotor (2 occasions) o Robotic inspection of the rotor (2 occasions) o Bearing inspection (2 occasions) • For the excitation control system (16 occasions) o Visual and instrument-based inspection of the voltage regulation system o Software-based inspection, diagnostics of faults o Functional tests, inspection of operation • For the control technology system (16 occasions): o Continuous remote support (Hot-line) by telephone and email o Remote diagnostics inspection o On-site inspection, verification Unplanned maintenance works (fault rectification, troubleshooting of malfunctions, extraordinary works): (as required) o Analysis of the cause of malfunction/failure of the affected equipment, preparation of a report (RCA) o Refurbishment…
