Planned maintenance works and quantities: • For the gas turbine: o Bore-scope inspection (BI) (14 occasions) o Provision of tool container (16 occasions) o Combustion chamber inspection (CI) (2 occasions) o Hot gas path inspection (HGPI) (2 occasions) o Overhaul (MO) (2 occasions) • For the generator: o Annual condition inspection (inspection of stator, rotor and static excitation exciter) (14 occasions) o Fitting/rewinding (with leads) inspection of rotor (2 occasions) o Robotic inspection of rotor (2 occasions) o Bearing inspection (2 occasions) • For the excitation control system (16 occasions) o Visual and instrument inspection of the voltage regulation system o Software inspection, diagnosing faults o Functional tests, checking operation • For the control and instrumentation system: (16 occasions) o Continuous remote support (Hot-line) by phone and email o Remote diagnostic inspection o On-site inspection, checking Unplanned maintenance works (fault rectification, troubleshooting of malfunctions, extraordinary works): (as required) o analyzing the cause of failure of malfunctioning equipment, preparing a report (RCA) o refurbishment and maintenance activities (with provision…
