TENDER DESCRIPTION

Seasonal tyre mounting, storage and safety assessment of NAV’s official motor vehicles in Budapest. It is professionally justified to achieve and maintain a condition suitable for participation in road traffic as defined in Act I of 1988 on Road Traffic, in Government Decree 5/1990 (IV.12.) of KöHÉM on the technical inspection of road vehicles, in Government Decree 6/1990 (IV. 12.) of KöHÉM on the technical conditions for placing road vehicles on the market and keeping them in operation, and in Joint Decree 1/1975 (II. 5.) of KPM–BM on the rules of road traffic. Current quantity is 580 pcs of motor vehicles. The term of the framework agreement to be concluded lasts until the exhaustion of the specified framework amount, but at the latest for 24 months from the date it enters into force. The available framework amount is net HUF 73,000,000, of which 70% (net HUF 51,100,000) is subject to the contracting authority’s undertaking to issue call-off orders.
