TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject matter is the detailed planning (fine concept), production, delivery and commissioning of a total of 11 visual, interactive and audio media stations; the hardware is not part of this procurement. The media production is intended to convey, in terms of content, atmosphere and interaction, the topics of the Museum of the Lower Rhine’s Soul — in particular the structural change in the Rheinische Revier, the regional sound and everyday culture of the Lower Rhine, and the effects of digital transformation on community and the world of work. The aim is to make these topics experienceable in a vivid, emotionally accessible, playful-creative and technically stable way. The media are to convey historical and social developments in a way that is understandable, enable individual perspectives to be experienced, allow interaction and visitors’ own creative contributions, and ensure contemporary museum-based interpretation.
