Gymnasium im Schloss - Neubau Entlastungsbau II - Freiraumplanung Schulhof

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Wolfenbüttel is currently constructing on the property of the Gymnasium im Schloss on its south side a three-storey relief new build II on a footprint of approximately 1,300 m². The planning area is located within the Oker flood diversion in the centre of Wolfenbüttel, in direct vicinity to the castle building to the north and to the building of the State Music Academy and the youth hostel to the south. For access to and set-up of the construction site for the new build "Entlastungsbau II", a total of approximately 6,000 m² of land is required on the school property. In addition to the building with a footprint of approximately 1,300 m², approximately 3,500 m² are accounted for by the existing schoolyard, and approximately 1,200 m² by a green area. The areas have been completely altered by construction site operations and must be restored and/or newly planned again after completion of the above-ground construction works.
