Gymnasium im Schloss - Neubau Entlastungsbau II - Freiraumplanung Schulhof

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Wolfenbüttel is currently constructing, on the plot of the Gymnasium im Schloss on its south side, a three-storey relief new building II on an area of approximately 1,300 m². The planning area is located within the Oker overflow channel in the centre of Wolfenbüttel, in direct vicinity to the Schloss building to the north and to the building of the State Music Academy and the youth hostel to the south. For the access and establishment of the construction site for the new building “Entlastungsbau II”, a total of approximately 6,000 m² of land on the school site will be used. In addition to the building with a footprint of approximately 1,300 m², approximately 3,500 m² will fall to the existing schoolyard, and approximately 1,200 m² to a green area. The areas are completely altered by construction site operations and must be restored and/or newly planned again after completion of the above-ground construction works.
