TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this public contract is the demolition and disposal of the existing building and paved areas. A Decision on the removal of the structure has been issued for these works. SUBJECT OF THE PUBLIC CONTRACT Newly built structures: Sports hall building: The new construction of the sports hall for the gymnázium replaces the previous building in approximately the same location and will be connected to the school building by a connecting wing on the northern side of the building. The proposed structure is two-storey, partially embedded under sloping terrain. It is divided into 1.PP and 1.NP. In the north-eastern part of the facilities, there are secondary changing rooms for teachers, toilets including an accessible toilet, a cleaning room, a plant/technology room, a lift and an internal staircase. In the south-eastern part of the facilities there are 4 athletes’ changing rooms, each with its own toilet, washroom and showers. Two of the 4 changing rooms with showers are adapted for athletes with disabilities. Along the northern façade of the building there is a two-tier stand with continuous benches.
