TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this public contract is the demolition and disposal of the existing building and paved areas. A Decision on the removal of the structure has been issued for these works. SUBJECT OF THE PUBLIC CONTRACT Newly constructed structures: Sports hall building: The new construction of the sports hall for the gymnázium replaces the previous building in approximately the same location and will be connected to the school building by a connecting wing (crček) on the north side of the building. The proposed building is two-storey, partially built into sloping terrain. It is divided into the 1.PP and 1.NP. In the north-eastern part of the back-of-house (support) area, there are secondary changing rooms for teaching staff, toilets including facilities for disabled persons, a cleaning room, a plant/technology room, an elevator, and a building staircase. In the south-eastern part of the back-of-house area there are 4 sportspeople’s changing rooms, each with its own toilet, wash basin area, and showers.
