TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this public contract is the demolition and disposal of the existing building and paved areas. A Decision on the removal of the structure has been issued for these works. SUBJECT OF THE PUBLIC CONTRACT Newly constructed structures: Sports hall building: The new construction of the sports hall for the gymnázium replaces the previous building in approximately the same location and will be connected to the school building by a connecting passage block on the northern side of the building. The proposed structure is two-storey, partially embedded into sloping terrain. It is divided into 1.PP and 1.NP. In the north-eastern part of the background/ancillary spaces, the secondary changing rooms for teachers are located, including toilets (including facilities for persons with disabilities), a cleaning/laundry room, a plant/technology room, a lift and the building staircase. In the south-eastern part of the background/ancillary spaces, there are 4 changing rooms for athletes, each with its own toilet, a washroom and showers.
