TENDER DESCRIPTION
Design of the renovation of Kossuth Lajos Street in Győr (the section between Városház köz and Lencse köz) from wall to wall, as follows: Extended technical, structural and numerical parameters: • Design section length and location: Exactly 490 metres in the public area designated under cadastral parcel number 7715. • Public-area boundary lines and widths: The regulated width varies between 12.5 metres and 23.9 metres • Road-engineering classification and design speed: According to the e-UT 03.01.11 standard, category B. IV. b. C, design dimensioning speed: 50 km/h • PAVEMENT STRUCTURE DIAGNOSTICS (Drill-and-core explorations): The basis for the design is the results of drill-and-core explorations carried out at 4 locations on the roadway and the associated laboratory results. The surface of the existing asphalt pavement with surface course over a roof-like (tightly jointed) layer is aged, deformed and at multiple locations shows mesh cracking indicating insufficient load-bearing capacity. • Cross-sectional and lane-width corrections: o Existing condition: Variable, pavement width of 8.0–10.0 metres. o Designed condition: The new uniform carriageway will be 7.0 metres wide,…
