TENDER DESCRIPTION

The essential scope of services consists of the installation of non-loadbearing drywall partitions made of plasterboard in different wall thicknesses and fire resistance classes. For the structural components A and B, a total of approximately 34,000 m² of wall surfaces are to be produced for this purpose, in part with requirements for fire, smoke and sound protection. In addition, the scope includes interior wall coverings made of plasterboard, HPL, wood-based panels and wooden slats, impact protection coverings, as well as approximately 1,870 m² of modular (prefabricated) walls. Furthermore, suspended ceilings in different designs are to be manufactured from plasterboard, metal and wooden slats. The scope of the ceiling coverings in the structural components A and B totals approximately 18,000 m². In doing so, in part increased requirements for fire resistance and for fire and smoke protection must be taken into account.
