TENDER DESCRIPTION

The essential scope of services consists of the production of non-loadbearing drywall partitions made of gypsum boards in different wall thicknesses and fire resistance classes. In structural components A and B, a total of approximately 34,000 m² of wall areas must be constructed for this purpose, partly with requirements for fire, smoke and sound protection. In addition, the scope includes interior wall coverings made of gypsum boards, HPL, wood-based panels and wood slats, impact protection linings, as well as approximately 1,870 m² of modular walls. Furthermore, suspended ceilings in different designs made of gypsum boards, metal and wood slats are to be manufactured. The scope of the ceiling linings in structural components A and B totals approximately 18,000 m². In this context, partly increased requirements for fire resistance as well as for fire and smoke protection must be taken into account. Another essential part of the scope of services is the supply and installation of doors and glazing elements.
