TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the invitation to tender is the maintenance and cleaning of HVAC systems and refrigeration systems and their facilities and equipment in the building sections of the Hamburger Kunsthalle at Glockengießerwall. The services to be awarded are function- and hygiene-preserving maintenance and cleaning work. The following services are agreed, in the current version, in accordance with DIN 31051, VDMA 24186, AMEV KG 430 and VDI 6022, for hygienic maintenance and orientation-based inspection: - Maintenance - Inspection - Repair following coordination and additional commissioning (minor repairs). The scope of services description also refers to the bill of quantities (Appendix 5). Maintenance services for the museum “Hamburger Kunsthalle”. Stage 1: two-year maintenance for the years 2027 - 2028 Stage 2: one-year extension for the year 2029 Stage 3: one-year extension for the year 2030
