TENDER DESCRIPTION

Hämeenlinna Parish Union is inviting tenders for the contracting of the new building of Hämeenlinna Central Parish House. The contract type is a total contract. The main contractor is the contractor for construction works acting as the principal contractor (hereinafter also the contractor) and the principal implementer as defined by legislation, responsible for site management obligations and site services pursuant to YSE 1998 section 3. The construction project includes, among other things, premises related to religious practice, such as assembly rooms, a parish hall, office spaces, and a kitchen. The parish section is timber-structured in its load-bearing structures. In addition, the project includes a building part where 15 apartments for sale will be constructed. The apartment section is concrete-structured in its load-bearing structures. The project also includes the construction of two underground floors, which will include, among other things, a crypt, a civil shelter, storage spaces, technical rooms, and a parking hall.
