TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Hämeenlinna Parish Union invites tenders for the contract for the new building of the Hämeenlinna Central Parish House. The contract form is a turnkey contract. The turnkey contractor is the contractor for the construction technical works acting as the main contractor (hereinafter also the contractor) and, as referred to by legislation, the principal implementer responsible for the site management duties and the site services according to YSE 1998 section 3. The construction project includes, among others, facilities related to religious practice such as meeting rooms, a parish hall, office spaces, and a kitchen. The parish section is structurally made of wood. In addition, the project includes a building part where 15 apartments for sale will be constructed. The residential part is structurally concrete. The project also includes the construction of two underground floors, which will house, among other things, a crypt, a civil defense shelter, storage spaces, technical spaces, and a parking hall.
