TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the tender is the earthworks, civil engineering, sewer, shell construction, steel construction, and roofing works for the construction of the overall project "House around working life" in Hanau. The construction project involves the simultaneous realization of two independent administrative buildings for the Federal Employment Agency (BA) as well as Hanau Real Estate and Construction Management (IBM), which are built on a common construction site and will in future form a connected administrative and service complex. The aim of the project is to create modern, sustainable, and citizen-friendly administrative spaces with a shared central access and a functionally coordinated overall concept. The tender is divided into two lots. Lot 1 comprises the construction services for the administrative building of Hanau Real Estate and Construction Management (IBM), Lot 2 the construction services for the administrative building of the Federal Employment Agency (BA). Tender submissions are made by lot.
