TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender comprises the earthworks, civil engineering works, sewer works, shell construction works, steel construction and roofing works for the construction of the overall project “House around working life” in Hanau. The construction project includes the simultaneous execution of two separate administrative buildings for the Federal Employment Agency (BA) and Hanau Immobilien- und Baumanagement (IBM), which will be erected on a shared construction site and will in future form a connected administrative and service complex. The objective of the project is the creation of modern, sustainable and citizen-friendly administrative areas with a shared central access/entrance and an overall concept that is functionally coordinated. The invitation to tender is divided into two lots. Lot 1 comprises the construction services for the administrative building of Hanau Immobilien- und Baumanagement (IBM), Lot 2 the construction services for the administrative building of the Federal Employment Agency (BA).
