TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the earthworks, civil engineering, sewer, shell construction, steel construction, and roofing works for the construction of the overall project "House around the Working Life" in Hanau. The construction project includes the simultaneous realization of two independent administrative buildings for the Federal Employment Agency (BA) and Hanau Real Estate and Construction Management (IBM), which are built on a common building site and will form a connected administrative and service complex in the future. The objective of the project is to create modern, sustainable, and citizen-friendly administrative spaces with a common central access and a functionally coordinated overall concept. The tender is divided into two lots. Lot 1 includes the construction services for the administrative building of Hanau Real Estate and Construction Management (IBM), Lot 2 includes the construction services for the administrative building of the Federal Employment Agency (BA).
