TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supervision means providing support to the municipality’s staff in their professional role, either individually or in a group. The purpose of the supervision is to strengthen, support and develop the staff’s competence both at an operational level and at a middle management/supervisor level. The supervisor shall not handle occupational health and safety matters unless these have first been anchored with the municipality at management level. Examples of staff and staff groups covered by supervision include: - Case handlers with authority in the exercise of official powers - Foster care case handlers - Staff in home care services, support in accommodation, group & service homes, short-term residential care, day care services, student residences, supported housing and residential care for children and young people (HVB) - Staff in open care activities - Heads of units and supervisors - Healthcare and nursing staff. - Staff in the Student Health Services (Elevhälsan) who work within pre-school and compulsory school education.
