TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework contract "Demolition works maintenance" serves as the basis for awarding joiner works for building maintenance as well as repairs and other minor maintenance works. The subject matter comprises schools and properties managed by SBH, GMH, GMH acting in the name of and on behalf of third parties, the district offices, BFB (Authority for Finance and Districts), BUKEA (Authority for Environment, Climate, Energy and Agribusiness), BWAI (Authority for Economic Affairs, Labour and Innovation), the tax offices, the wholesale market, LEB (State enterprise for education and counselling) or the Rathausservice. A time-limited framework contract will be put out to tender, under which the intended minimum of 7 to up to 12 contract companies are obliged to perform their service on call (individual order) under the conditions set out in the framework contract. Under the framework contract, orders may be placed for a maximum of EUR 45,000 net per individual order.
