TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement "Flooring maintenance" serves as the basis for awarding flooring works for building maintenance as well as repairs and other minor maintenance works. The subject matter comprises schools and properties operated by SBH, GMH, GMH on behalf of and for the account of third parties, BUKEA, the wholesale market, the city hall service, or LEB. A time-limited framework agreement is to be tendered, under which the envisaged minimum of 11 to 20 framework contractors are obliged to perform their services on call (individual order) in accordance with the conditions specified in the framework agreement. Under the framework agreement, orders may be placed from EUR 15,000 up to a maximum of EUR 45,000 ? net per individual order. The total net volume is estimated overall for all companies participating in the contract at EUR 1,486,000.00 ? / year.
