TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement "Sanitary Repairs" serves as the basis for awarding plumbing work for building maintenance as well as repairs and other minor maintenance work. The subject matter comprises schools and properties managed by SBH, GMH, GMH acting in the name and on behalf of third parties, BUKEA, the wholesale market, the Rathausservice, the tax offices, or the authority for schools, family and vocational education. A time-limited framework agreement is being tendered. As a result, the envisaged minimum of 15 and up to 25 framework contractors are required to perform their services on call (individual order) under the conditions specified in the framework agreement. Under the framework agreement, orders may be placed for a maximum of EUR 15,000.? net per individual order. The total net volume is estimated at EUR 820,500.00 ? per year in total for all companies participating in the contract.
