TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the project planning of the renovation of residential apartment buildings located in Vartiokylä, Helsinki, including an option for the overall design of the project as a design team led by the principal designer (main and architect, yard, structural, HVAC, electrical and foundation design as well as elevator consultancy), including information modeling. The precision of the information modeling is presented in the tender documents. As the base data for the information model, the client commissions photogrammetric measurements of the building facades, roofs, and the plot, as well as point clouds of the building's common areas and typical apartments. The design procurement includes obligations according to the Building Act as well as official obligations and requirements related to the building permit under the Building Act, including information modeling requirements for all design disciplines at both the permit and handover phases. Applying for a deviation decision and placement permit/placement agreement is part of the design task if such are required.
