Removal of hazardous substances and complete demolition of a gymnasium, year built approx. 1981, building dimensions approx. 33 m x 28 m (maximum dimensions), building height of the hall roof approx. 7.00 m, building height of the ancillary room section approx. 4 m, building integration approx. 1 m into the ground, Steel frame construction with masonry infill, reinforced concrete ground slab, strip foundations, pile foundations, flat roof trapezoidal sheet with internally located KMF insulation and externally located XPS insulation and EPDM roofing waterproofing sheets, internal walls of calcium silicate masonry, external walls of reinforced concrete and calcium silicate masonry. Among other things, the following hazardous substance uses (in all building components) were found: - Asbestos-containing flat/flange seals on pipework, door paneling, fire protection and smoke-tight doors, ribbed radiators with seals that, due to their age, are to be classified as asbestos-containing in technical systems, fire protection dampers, flat/flange seals, component joints, etc. - KMF-containing insulation on pipe insulation, e.g. under sheet metal, cardboard, rigid cladding and…
