TENDER DESCRIPTION
The planned Frankenhalle is a new build of a 3-court sports hall, intended predominantly for the school operation of the Schulzentrum am Sund (also called the Campus am Sund). The school’s existing location is on the edge of the historic old town, at the transition to the Frankenvorstadt. Both districts are populated and well connected. The “Schulzentrum am Sund” is a Cooperative Comprehensive School (Kooperative Gesamtschule, KGS), in which the regional and the upper secondary school (gymnasiale) sections cooperate and live together on an equal footing within a social and educational network.
