TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement includes construction work within the Contracting Authority's property portfolio. Under the framework agreement, construction work will be called off regarding services, remedial work and planned maintenance, and ROT projects (Renovering-Ombyggnad-Tillbyggnad) (Renovation-Conversion-Extension). The work will mainly be carried out in/on buildings with ongoing operations. The construction work also includes, based on the circumstances of each call-off, any additional work required for the specific call-off, such as, for example, demolition, dehumidification, plumbing and heating (vs-), ventilation, electrical work, painting, flooring installation and landscaping.
