TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the advertised services is the purchase of hardware security modules with operating system software (firmware) and maintenance of the hardware as well as support. The specific lot division and the corresponding service items are structured as follows: Lot 1: HSM type "Utimaco" (CP5 and General Purpose) Lot 2: manufacturer-independent HSM (General Purpose HSM with CC certification in accordance with eIDAS as well as HSMs with VS-NfD approval) Further information regarding the subject of the service can be found in the service specifications attached to the procurement documents (Annex 1, Lot 1 and Lot 2). The ordering for the provision of the services to be rendered under this contract is, as a matter of principle, carried out by Bundesdruckerei GmbH. In addition to Bundesdruckerei GmbH, orders may in exceptional cases also be placed by secondary contracting authorities. These include the companies that are affiliated with Bundesdruckerei Gruppe GmbH and/or its subsidiaries in accordance with §§ 15 et seq.
