TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this public procurement procedure is to conclude framework agreements for the comprehensive organisation and delivery of two-day and three-day learning events, or series of learning events, organised under the Estonian Language Institute’s Keelesamm programme. The subject of the framework agreement is the comprehensive organisation of the learning events of the Keelesamm programme in accordance with what is set out in the procurement tender documents. As a result of this procurement procedure, framework agreements will be concluded with all tenderers that meet the requirements set out in the procurement tender documents, valid until 31.08.2029 or until the framework agreement’s maximum total value is reached (2 500 000 euros without value added tax), if the latter occurs earlier. The details of the learning events and the scope of the required service will be specified each time within the framework of a mini-competition/individual order.
