TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this public procurement is to enter into framework agreements for the comprehensive organisation and implementation of two-day and three-day learning events or series of learning events within the Estonian Language Institute’s Keelesamm programme. The subject of the framework agreement is the comprehensive organisation of learning events under the Keelesamm programme, in accordance with what is set out in the procurement documents. As a result of this procurement, framework agreements shall be concluded with all tenderers who meet the requirements set out in the procurement documents, with validity until 31.08.2029 or until the maximum total value of the framework agreement is reached (2 500 000 euro net of value added tax), if the latter occurs earlier. The details of the learning events and the scope of the required services shall be specified each time within the framework of a mini-competition/ordering procedure.
