The subject matter of the procurement is the preparation of a work design for a planned production and office building on the Harku tee 55 property, and the construction of the building and on-site facilities up to obtaining the operating permit. The contract includes the preparation of the work design, general construction works, development/installation of technical systems, and the construction of on-site roads, yards, external networks and other project-following facilities.
