TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part 1 (1 unit of 7-seat used double-cab closed-box small freight vehicle) procurement of used heavy goods vehicles in accordance with the conditions detailed in the annex entitled “Technical Data Sheet”. Upon performance, the vehicles must have a valid Hungarian vehicle registration document (licence) that ensures their eligibility to participate in road traffic. The contracting authority emphasizes that where references to a manufacturer and/or type are found in this call for proposals and in the procurement documents, such references were made only for the purpose of clearly defining the subject matter. In its tender, the tenderer may include any other vehicle that meets the given function and is equivalent to the designation, whereby—if there is doubt—the tenderer must prove the equivalence. The tenderer may submit offers only for vehicles that fully comply with the contracting authority’s requirements. With regard to the vehicles, the tenderer must also take into account what is described in the procurement documents.
