This is a procurement exceeding the national threshold. The Education and Culture Services / Sports Services of the City of Oulu requests your tender for five (5 pcs) office, timekeeping and public-addressing (announcement) consoles (hereinafter also the “contracting parties”) in accordance with this tender request and its appendices.
