TENDER DESCRIPTION
The city of Remscheid plans to comprehensively renovate and structurally expand the existing Ganztagshauptschule Hackenberg. The Ganztagshauptschule Hackenberg is part of a school center. The existing building of the secondary school consists of two structures, a four-storey wing (building part B1) and a one- to two-storey flat-roof building (building part B2). The secondary school will be supplemented by a three-storey new building (building part A) with partial basement constructed in solid construction. The garden floor of the existing wing (building part B1) and the new building (building part A) integrate into the hillside, so that the topography shifts by one storey from the east to the west side of the buildings.
