TENDER DESCRIPTION
HAUS Finnish Institute of Public Management Ltd (HAUS) is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the period 2026–2030 for the procurement of expert services related to digital transformation, innovation, governance, institutional development and public sector development. The estimated total value of procurements conducted under the DPS during its validity period is approximately EUR 40 million (excluding VAT). The DPS will be used to procure expertise for international development cooperation projects, technical assistance assignments, advisory services, capacity building initiatives, studies, evaluations and other expert services implemented globally. Assignments may be funded by, among others, the European Union, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland, development finance institutions and other international cooperation partners. The DPS is divided into the following categories: 1. Digital Transformation, Data, Artificial Intelligence & Cybersecurity 2. Governance, Public Sector Development & Capacity Building 3.
