TENDER DESCRIPTION

House and apartment doors for an energy-efficient building modernization at Claudius-Keller-Str. 10-62 Energy-efficient building modernization to an EH55 standard at Claudius-Keller-Str. 10-62 in Munich with construction measures to the building envelope as well as inside the building. The refurbishment measure covers 3 buildings from the year 1950 with a total of 216 fully occupied residential units. The construction works essentially include replacement of the windows, the façade (WDVS), insulation of a basement and the top-floor ceiling, as well as work on the roof truss (for PV systems) and roof edge. All work is carried out in the fully occupied condition. Brief description of carpentry works - doors: With the existing apartment doors, break-in marks or damaged areas on the door leaves or door frames are to be repaired. In the event of irreparable damage, the door leaves are exceptionally replaced. The existing entrance doors are to be completely refurbished.
