TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City of Bielefeld awards the service “Caretaking services at accommodation facilities of the City of Bielefeld” at a fixed price for the entire contract term, including the option to extend, to the Office for Social Services - Social Welfare Office. Currently, throughout the entire municipal area, refugees and local homeless people are accommodated in 349 decentralized facilities. These are predominantly apartments in multi-family houses and, in individual cases, also single-family houses. The owners of the facilities may be private individuals, companies, or the City of Bielefeld.
