TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Bielefeld is awarding the service “Caretaker service in accommodation facilities of the City of Bielefeld” for a fixed price for the entire contract term, including the extension option, to the Office for Social Services – Social Welfare Office. Currently, across the entire city area, refugees and local homeless persons are housed in 349 decentralized properties. These are mostly apartments in multi-family houses and, in isolated cases, also single-family houses. The owners of the properties may be either private individuals, companies, or the City of Bielefeld.
