TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject matter of this public contract is insurance against damage, destruction or loss of 1 helicopter of the light weight category EC 135T2+ providing an air rescue service for 1 year, which also covers damage to technical personnel, medical crew and patients, the rescue team, rescuers or rescued persons, provided that these persons do not participate in the operation and use of the insured helicopter during flight. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the notice period shall be 3 months.
