TENDER DESCRIPTION

The present project involves the existing cantonal school in Zug. In wing 3+5, decentralized units for air conditioning and for supply and exhaust ventilation will be installed in the teaching rooms as well as the special rooms. In total, 25 rooms will be equipped with the corresponding systems. The implementation must be carried out during the school holidays. The aim is to complete the work during the spring and summer holidays (17.04. to 02.05.2027 and 03.07. to 15.08.2027). Clean planning/preparation (AVOR) is required in order to carry out the installation efficiently and on time. Appropriate suppliers as well as installation personnel must be available. The tendering process is carried out subject to budget approval by the cantonal council of the canton of Zug (HB3060.0451). Accordingly, the required approval will therefore be granted no earlier than the end of 2026, i.e. January 2027. The present project involves the existing cantonal school in Zug.
